Explore Your Online Case Resolution Options

There may be an alternate way to resolve your case.  

• Click on the MANAGE YOUR CASE link.
• Choose one of the search option buttons and follow the instructions.  
• If there are alternate options for resolving your case you should see an Explore Options button next to the Pay Now button.
• Click the Explore Your Options button to explore alternate methods of resolving your case.

E-file is Now Available

We now have the option for you to E-file certain documents online with the court.

• Click on the MANAGE YOUR CASE link.
• Click on the blue Defendant E-file button.
• This will take you to a search screen. Enter, First Name, Last Name and Date of Birth in MM/DD/YYYY format.
• Click the blue Search button.
• Choose the cases this document applies to and click the blue Continue button.
• Pick from the documents options and use Select File to upload the document. Note: File formats allowed: pdf, jpeg, jpg, gif, png.
• Click the blue Submit button.

Setup Autopay

The violations must be set up on a payment plan to get the option to set it up. Once that is done, the online payment screen will allow the following steps:

• Select the violations that are part of the payment plan.
• The screen will show the scheduled payments.
• Scroll down to submit, then you will need to agree.
• On the next page, it shows the schedule again. Enter the payment information for autopay.

To continue to manage the autopay feature after setting up an account, click on Manage Autopay on the next page. 

Parking Citation Collections

Please be advised that the City of Eugene recently contracted with Linebarger, Goggan Blair & Sampson for collection on delinquent parking citations.  If you received a letter from this agency, it represents a legitimate balance owed to the City of Eugene.  Their contact information is as follows:
